Servicing the Delmarva Peninsula since 2009
Our simple building process will help you create your dream living space. From our very first conversation on the phone, you will hear the C. Vargas Construction difference. We take great pride in our detailed discovery process. We try to ask all the right questions about your vision from the very beginning. Then we schedule an appointment with you and arrange a property visit. Our team will respectfully appraise your property, so we understand the lay of the land.
Once we have all of the information we need, our team will then prepare a professional proposal and discuss this document and or presentation with you in person. And finally, right before we get to work, we like to schedule one more kick off meeting so that everyone is on the same page. We truly appreciate all of the clients who hire us. We will always believe in these high standards. Most of our clients end up being a part of our extended family. Our promise is your happiness. We love this job.
